Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Cottonwood Heights UT USA, born in 1977.

My favorite sports include: running cycling yoga hikingĀ 

My goals are: To be able to complete my first Triathlon and then to be able to be in the top 3.

My other favorite activities include: Camping, Softball, weight training.
